If you have not seen one, follow the routing of your fuel hose from the engine rigging tube backward through the boat. The piston rings (running cold) won’t fully expand to thoroughly seal against the Suzuki outboard cylinder wall and may allow a small percentage of raw fuel to constantly seep past them and collect in the sump.
