Entry period: Entries are accepted from 12:01 AM Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026. Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories who have reached the age of majority in their state or territory of residence and are at least 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the entry period. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to participate.

How winners are chosen: Winners are not selected at random and are not chosen by public vote. Judging runs in two rounds: every eligible submission is first scored against PartsVu's published rubric (Theme & Prompt Alignment, Creativity & Storytelling, Technical & Production Quality, Brand & Product Fit, and Authenticity & Shareability); the top-scoring entries then advance to a second, independent judge, and a submission's final score is the average of both rounds. The submissions with the highest final scores are selected as the winners. Submissions that don't meet eligibility requirements (consent, safety, content rights, brand-safety, and minimum quality standards) are not eligible for judging or prizes, regardless of score. In the event of a tie (scores within 2 points), the panel runs a live tie-break review. The Round 2 selection process is screen-recorded for transparency.

Content rights: By submitting an entry, each entrant — not only the eventual winners — grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, and publicly display the submitted photo or video, together with the entrant's name and any social media handle provided, across all of Sponsor's marketing channels (website, email and SMS, social media, paid advertising, and print), in connection with PartsVu Crew and Sponsor's broader marketing activities. This license is granted without additional attribution, notice, or compensation. Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content.

Prize: Two winners will be selected — a Top Prize and a Runner-Up Prize — from eligible entries received between September 1–30, 2026, with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of $500. Prizes are awarded as physical merchandise and/or coupon codes for use on PartsVu.com — no cash or cash equivalent will be substituted, except that Sponsor may replace a prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before a prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to select zero winners if no eligible submissions are received.

Winners will be notified by the email address provided at entry and announced on PartsVu's social channels. PartsVu reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these terms or our community guidelines.
