A: On average, Sea Tow Captains arrive on the scene within 1 hour or less. However, response times can vary based on several factors, including call volume, distance from the nearest Captain, and current weather conditions. It's important to note that assistance requests are handled in the order they are received, but Sea Tow members are always prioritized over non-members to ensure timely support for our valued clients.
Q: When Will I Receive My Membership Card?
A: After joining Sea Tow, you will receive your permanent membership card within 3 to 4 weeks after your membership becomes active. This card will serve as your official membership identification for as long as you remain an active member. You can also download your digital membership card to your Apple or Google wallet, so you have all your information, in one place, at all times.
Q: How Do I Download My Digital Membership Card?
A: Links to download your digital card are included in the footer of most emails you receive from Sea Tow. You can also log into the membership dashboard on seatow.com on your device. On your phone, choose add to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. For tablets, under “my memberships,” click ADD TO WALLET.
