Perko - Flush Latch - Surface Mount Offset Cam Bar - 2.5" Hole - White - 1092DP1WHT

The T - Handle drops down flush in either the open or closed (180° Rotation) position. (except with the offset cam bar positioned upward). The rubber seal & boot under the T - Handle seals the lock cylinder preventing water intrusion.
