Q: How do I activate my Sea Tow membership?
A: Once Sea Tow membership is purchased on PartsVu.com, it must be activated on seatow.com. After checkout on PartsVu, you will receive an activation code via email that will automatically apply on seatow.com. You must activate your membership to receive member benefits and services. It takes 24-hours for your membership to be processed and become active.
Q: How do I get in touch with Sea Tow if I need help on the water?
A: In emergency situations ALWAYS call the U.S. Coast Guard or 911 first.
Call Sea Tow via phone at 800-4-SEATOW (473-2869) or your local franchise office, one-touch to call via the Sea Tow App, or via channel 16 on your VHF. Call “Sea Tow, Sea Tow, Sea Tow, this is the vessel [name].” The local Sea Tow Captain will answer and take you to a working channel.

A: Boat insurance is intended to protect very significant investments -your boat, electronics and gear, etc. – because disasters strike unexpectedly.
