Rock hard outer shell, seamless & almost indestructible. Core is 3 lb. high-density polyurethane foam. All eyebolts are hot-dipped galvanized medium carbon steel. Eyebolts are permanently bonded inside buoy preventing wear and eventual loss of floatation.

• Ring is held in a fixed upright position by constant tension from the chain weight, always ready for a quick and easy tie up.

  top of your buoy and prevent "Pull Through."
• Accessory to models 4403-T and 4404-T fitted with 3" PVC tube. Galvanized tube available as well.
• Routine inspection is a must for all mooring systems and the Jim Buoy model #4000 provides easy and visible inspection of ALL points of wear.
• All parts are hot-dipped galvanized steel construction.
