What are the key features of the HEISE Infinite Series RBG lightbar? 

Change your light color with the swipe of a finger! Heise’s popular RGB lights are now available in RGB backlit dual-row lightbars from 8 to 50 inches and a 3-inch cube-style LED light, as part of the new Infinite Series. These lights offer pure white light with 16 million selectable colors as a backlight, controlled by a mobile app. The backlit RGB lights use the same HE-CBRGB controller as Heise’s popular RGB accent lights, allowing the Infinite Series to be synchronized and controlled using a single mobile app. A multi-mount system offers side and bottom options for lightbar placement.

The military breather port allows moisture to escape and the virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens will withstand the toughest environments. The backlit RGB lights use the same controller as Heise’s popular RGB accent lights, allowing the Infinite Series to be synchronized and controlled using a single mobile app. The RGB-CB1 controller is sold separately and required for RGB functionality.

When I connect my Rigid LED light directly to my battery, it is at full brightness, but when I use a long cable to install it, the light is dim. What is wrong?

You need to make sure you are using an appropriately sized gauge wire for your installation. This is especially important if using a long wire from the battery to the light installation. If the wire gauge is too small, there will be a significant voltage drop across the wire, preventing the light from powering up fully.

How does Rigid Industry’s lifetime warranty work? 

Your light has a lifetime warranty for internal manufacturing failures only.

For the Radiance light line, your light comes with a 10-year internal warranty.

Customer damages are not covered under warranty, such as collisions rocks, or debris strikes.

• 1 year limited warranty – UWL (Under Water/Wake Flame) Series of lights, Interior Dome Lights, flashlights, flashlight accessories, Reflect housing, Reflect body, Reflect Clamp and ADAPT GPS Module.
• No warranty offered – Reflect Mirror

RIGID, at its sole discretion, will determine the proper handling of all warranty claims. All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if our warranty claim department determines that there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:

1. Negligence: Improper installation, improper use, etc.
2. Abuse: Road hazards, Damage beyond the limits of "normal wear and tear."
3. Unauthorized Repair: Repair service performed by an unauthorized service center.
4. Seal Tampering: Removal of bezel or bezel screws will compromise the integrity of the water-tight seal.

What is Hella Marine’s warranty statement? 

All LED-based lighting products supplied by Hella Marine carry a 5-Year Warranty from the end user purchase covering faults in materials, components, or workmanship, with the exceptions as stated below:

- NaviLED TRIO Tri Colour LED navigation lamps carry a 7-Year Warranty

- Bulb-based lamps, and products in the accessories section, carry a 1-Year Warranty.

In the unlikely event that you should experience a confirmed warranty-related problem with your purchase, Hella will, at its discretion, either repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product.

Warranty services may be obtained by returning the product within the warranty period to the Hella Dealer where the product was originally purchased.

This warranty is in addition to and does not preclude any other rights or remedies available to the consumer under any local legislation related to the provision of goods or services.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Claims as a result of normal wear and tear or of any modifications and/or alterations to the product in any shape or form.
2. Claims as a result of non-compliance with the assembly, service, and operating instructions and/or any unfit or improper use.
3. Any expenses incurred in the process of making the claim.
