Description
This shim kit is required for newer transoms that no longer utilized a double"wound spring washer and a fiber washer between the rear engine mounts and do not have enough downward adjustment with the front engine mount pads to achieve proper alignment in the boat. This situation may be encountered when installing an engine for repower, complete engine replacement, or flywheel housing replacement.
