Deck Mount
Molded of black polyurethane material that will retain its stretch and remain unaffected by sunlight and most chemicals. Will not get hung up on fish hooks, lose their hold when wet, or fade. The strap stretches over rods and hooks into a loop mounted on the deck. (Mounts with one countersunk screw).
