Powered by Yamaha’s proven 4.2-liter V6 with Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) and Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), this model delivers fast acceleration, broad torque delivery, and excellent fuel economy. The durable Gray finish offers long-lasting protection against harsh saltwater conditions.
⚠️ Important: This is a Digital Electronic Control (DEC) engine and must be installed by an authorized Yamaha dealer. Both the outboard and the DEC control system require flashing and configuration with Yamaha diagnostic tools during installation. DIY installation is not supported.
