How do I know whether to use a waterproof charger or a dry-mount style charger?

Waterproof chargers are designed to charge one battery on each of their outputs. They are suitable for small fishing boats like bass boats or center console boats. They are for charging batteries that are not being used while they are charging. Dry-mount chargers are for boats with a shore power connection and AC distribution/breaker panels. They need to be mounted in a dry area where they will not get dripped on or sprayed with water. They can handle heavier capacity batteries and/or charge batteries while they are under load.

What do TruPower wave inverters do? 

ProMariner’s next generation of TruePower Plus Inverters are available in both Modified Sine Wave (MS) and Pure Sine Wave (PS) models. Designed to convert 12V DC battery power to 115V AC and will automatically pass through AC Inlet power when present. TruePower Plus is rich with features including; Innovative dual color digital LCD message center, dual color gauges for AC power output and battery DC input, USB power port, GFCI convenience outlets, DC cable covers, and separate on/off remote. ProMariner’s integrated AC cable strain reliefs and front screw connection terminal blocks allow for quick and easy installation without the added need for ring terminals for AC power connections.

Designed with soft start noise filtered technology and 2x surge capability for powering demanding loads. Shock resistant construction with internal conformal coated electronics for protection in harsh environments. What does my ProMariner warranty include? 

Each product is warranted, to the original consumer, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Since different models are covered for varying amounts of time, please refer to your owner’s manual for the warranty coverage timeframe. For purposes of this warranty, the "original consumer" is defined as the consumer who purchases the product directly or the purchaser who first uses the product after its initial installation by a reputable installer or OEM. Professional Mariner,LLC (ProMariner) will at its discretion, repair any defects in material or workmanship or replace the product free of charge.

The following conditions apply:

• Proof of purchase or Manufacture date will be used to determine warranty timeframe
• Warranty void if unauthorized repairs attempted
• Deep water damage not covered under warranty
• Customer is responsible for shipping to ProMariner

Purchase or other acceptance of the product shall be on the condition and agreement that ProMariner SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.) This warranty is made in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of ProMariner. ProMariner neither assumes nor authorizes any person for any obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

To make a claim under warranty, please visit the "Warranty Claim ­ Product Return Instructions (RMA)" tab and follow the instructions. If found to be a warrantable issue, Promariner will return the repaired or ship a replaced product, freight paid, to the customer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of all others expressed or implied.
