Base plates (fit BIA Standard mounting holes). Zinc TUFFPLATE finish. 2-Speed models allow for both high and low speed cranking from one side and quick attach handle. Cable clamp standard on 2-speed heavy duty models. Models 400 through 2500 have holes in the reel for installation of web strap. Built for multipurpose hauling and lifting operations. 5 Year Warranty. Cable w/strap not included except where noted.
