Relocates the oil filter from lower block mount to higher exhaust elbow mount for ease of servicing.
Fits the following models:
- 2001-2002 MerCruiser Marine V-8 (305 & 350 cubic inch displacement) Carbureted engines with Closed Cooling (serial number 0M300000-0M614999)
- 2002-2009 MerCruiser Marine V-8 (305 & 350 cubic inch displacement) Carbureted engines (serial number 0M615000 thru 1A607561)
