4500 Single Control Spacer Kit | Control Mounting Hardware | 98-8M0075237
Overview
This is one of those parts you don’t plan on buying—until you need it. You mount the control, everything looks fine, then you push the handle forward and it taps the console. Not great. This spacer kit fixes that. The 98-8M0075237 raises a 4500 single control right around 2 inches, which is usually enough to get the handle moving clean again.
It’s nothing fancy and it’s not trying to be. Just a spacer that gives you some breathing room. Works well on newer single-handle consoles where space is tight and layouts don’t always play nice with control travel.
Key Features
• Raises the control about 2 inches
• Gives the handle room to move without hitting anything
• Helps avoid rubbing, binding, or scuffing the console
• Made specifically for 4500 series single controls
• Simple fix when the control sits a little too low
Compatibility / Ideal Applications
• Newer single-handle control consoles
• Tight console layouts with limited clearance
• Repower jobs or console reworks
Important User Notice
This spacer kit is for newer single-handle console setups using compatible 4500 series controls. Always test-fit before final installation to make sure the added height solves your clearance issue. Take your time during install and make sure everything lines up so the control operates smoothly afterward.
