Minn Kota - Terrova Trolling Motor | Wireless Remote
The Minn Kota Terrova is a dependable freshwater bow-mount trolling motor built for anglers who want strong thrust, precise electric steering, and advanced GPS boat-control features. Available in multiple thrust levels, shaft lengths, and sonar configurations, the Terrova lineup can be matched to smaller aluminum fishing boats, bass boats, deep-V hulls, and larger multi-species rigs.
Use the product selectors to choose the shaft length, thrust, and sonar package that best fits your boat and fishing style. Available combinations vary by motor size, so the selectable variants will guide you toward a compatible Terrova configuration.
Choose Your Configuration
- Shaft Length: Choose from available 45", 54", 60", or 72" shaft configurations.
- Thrust: Select 55 lb, 80 lb, or 112 lb thrust based on boat size, weight, and operating conditions.
- Sonar: Choose No Built-In Sonar, Dual Spectrum CHIRP (DSC), or MEGA Down Imaging (MDI), depending on the selected motor configuration.
Key Features
- Stow/Deploy Lever: Press the lever on the mount and the fall-away ramps help the trolling motor slide smoothly into the water or return to the stowed position.
- Advanced GPS Trolling System: Use GPS-based controls for Spot-Lock, recorded paths, speed, steering, and other boat-positioning functions through the included wireless remote.
- Part of the One-Boat Network: Connect compatible Minn Kota and Humminbird equipment and manage supported trolling motor, shallow-water anchor, and fish-finder functions through the One-Boat Network.
- Spot-Lock with Jog: Hold the boat over a productive fishing location with GPS accuracy and use the included heading sensor to move the Spot-Lock position five feet in any direction.
- Drift Mode: Automatically combines speed and course control to help maintain a controlled drift in wind and current without relying on drift socks, kicker motors, or constant manual steering.
- Weedless Wedge™ 2 Prop: Swept-back, flared blades help power through vegetation without unnecessary chopping that can drain the battery.
- Digital Maximizer™: Variable-speed power management delivers only the power needed at the selected speed, helping extend runtime on a single battery charge.
- Indestructible Composite Shaft: The Minn Kota composite shaft is designed to flex on impact rather than bend, kink, or corrode and is guaranteed for life by Minn Kota.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How do I choose the correct thrust rating?A: Consider your boat’s overall size, loaded weight, hull style, and the conditions where you normally fish. Larger boats and windy or current-heavy areas generally benefit from higher thrust.
Q: How do I select the right shaft length?A: Choose a shaft long enough to keep the motor and propeller properly submerged when the boat is loaded and operating in waves. Boats with taller bows usually require a longer shaft.
Q: What is the difference between DSC and MDI?A: DSC provides Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar, while MDI adds MEGA Down Imaging capability. Both require compatible Humminbird electronics and the correct connection setup.
Q: What does No Pedal mean?A: No Pedal identifies a configuration that does not include a foot pedal and is intended for anglers who prefer wireless remote operation.
