SeaStar & BayStar hydraulic steering fluid is formulated to provide the best performance for your SeaStar/BayStar steering system. A perfect blend of viscosity stabilizers, anti-wear agents and corrosion inhibitors will ensure maximum steering life performance. Consider replacing your steering fluid if any debris or darkening of fluid is noted. Fluid should be lightly colored like vegetable cooking oil.SEASTAR HA5438 BLEED HOSE USE FOR SEASTAR OUTBOARD STEERING KIT-SEASTARUse for all inboard/outboard, outboard, and inboard Seastar hydraulic helms. Kit includes: hose with screw cap which fits SeaStar or equivalent oil bottles and push pin for venting/resealing bottle. Allows for clean bleed when used properly.
