Yamaha Marine Low Pressure Fuel Pump

Low-pressure Yamaha fuel pumps produce flow at low pressures. The low-pressure fuel system supplies fuel from the fuel tank to the injectors.

Carbureted Yamaha Marine outboard engines often use low-pressure mechanical pumps that are mounted outside the fuel tank. Some Yamaha Marine fuel injected outboard engines have two fuel pumps: one low pressure/high volume supply pump in the tank and one high pressure/low volume pump on or near the engine.
