Blackstone Laboratories - Oil Analysis Kit - Engine & Transmission Oil Testing

PartsVu has partnered with Blackstone Labratories to give you the opportunity to know exactly how your engine, transmission, gear set, or generator is performing right now, through oil analysis. 

You will receive everything you need to ship an oil sample to the professionals at Blackstone. The lab report will indicate if oil change intervals are on time, if there are contaminants like water, coolant, or salt present, and analyze a full spectrum of metals that might identifiy premature engine wear before it results in a costly or dangerous failure.

These oil sample kits can be used with inboard, outboard, gas, and diesel engines. The kits come complete with the following:

• Sample Bottle
• Plastic Bag & Absorbent Mat
• External Contaminent Bottle
• Prepaid Shipping Label to send the oil sample back to Blackstone Labs

Simply collect a small sample, fill out the sample card and drop the kit in the mailbox. Once Blackstone receives the oil sample, in a few days you will receive an email with the test results and a simplified breakdown of what the results mean. 

Blackstone will archive your sample and it can be used for future testing to further determine how your boat is performing over time.
